To design a threatre poster for Sydney Threatre Co.

Description

I really enjoyed working on this project. I was asked to choose a play for my poster and include key details such as the title, star performers, date, Sydney Theatre Company logo, QR code, address, website, background illustration, and one of the characters from the play. I chose to feature Columbia a main character from The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I used a combination of traditional and digital techniques throughout the project. For the traditional techniques, I used paper, black paper, pastels, watercolour, coloured pencils, markers, pen, and acrylic paint. The digital techniques included Adobe Photoshop to edit the artwork, Adobe Illustrator for typography, and Adobe InDesign to design the layout, footer, and bring all elements together into the final composition.
